Katherine Echeverry

She is the mother of two children, the youngest of whom has a moderate disability due to dyskinetic cerebral palsy, which caused cognitive and psychomotor delays. We helped her set up *Postres Ángel*, but due to the economic situation during the pandemic, she was unable to continue. Now, she is working with the Foundation to restart the business with new products.
